2026 Engineering RFQ
The Reading Regional Airport Authority requests “Statements of Qualifications” from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for professional design and construction services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvements Plan at the Reading Regional Airport. The selected consultant would be expected to participate in the projects listed in the CIP. The CIP and required format and details for submitting the Statements of Qualification may be obtained via the link below or by request to Zackary Tempesco, Airport Director, at ztempesco@readingairport.org. This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked “AIRPORT CONSULTING SERVICES RFQ 2026 – ENGINEERING” on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Qualification must be received at the Reading Regional Airport Authority, 24 LIBERATOR WAY, Reading, PA 19605 by no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 1st 2026.
